you may format the text; if you are a registered user, you may insert pictures and attach files; pictures and files will remain on the server for a month, then they will be deleted automatically (you may reload them again)

requirements for the candidate* — restrictions if there are some concerning work experience, academic degree, education, language knowledge, sex, age, place of residence, etc.
contract conditions* — beginning and duration of the contract, work schedule, payment, benefits, etc.
if you want to show the list of publications you should better place it as an attached file
