Травянистый многолетник 30-40 см высоты с укороченным, почти горизонтальным корневищем. Листья удлинённо-ланцетные, зелёного цвета с лёгким серебристым оттенком. Цветки чисто белого цвета, собраны в негустое кистевидное соцветие, по форме напоминают слегка раскрытые бутоны. Обладают тонким ароматом. Листочки околоцветника сложены колокольчато, губа округлая, с жёлтым пятном у основания.

01.05.2008. Краснодарский край, окрестности г. Горячий Ключ.
