Лиана длиной около 2-3 м. Естественное местообитание - Чили. Листья овальные, темно-зеленые, 7-15см длиной. Цветы колокольчатой формы, длиной около 7.5-8 см, розового цвета.

ЛапаГерия - неверно! Надо только лапаЖерия. Французское происхождение.

Лапажерия названа в честь жены Наполеона Бонапарта — французской императрицы Жозефины, урождённой Мари Роз Жозефа Таше де ла Пажери (фр. Marie Rose Joseph Tascher de La Pagerie), увлекавшейся ботаникой и садоводством.

Магнолия давно уже устоялась в трансформированном русифизме (в старых книгах она, кстати, именно Маньолией звалась).
Ла Пажери никак "ла Пагери" не произнесешь! Так что предлагаю сразу записать грамотно и не обижать памяти Жозефины (ей и без нас досталось! )
