По каким признакам можно надежно отличить лук беловатый от лука душистого?

Проще всего - у A.albidum цветоножки без прицветников. Затем - пленчатые, а не сетчатые оболочки луковиц и пр.

В книге А. С. Зернова “Растения Российского Западного Кавказа. Полевой атлас” сказано, что высота лука беловатого 7-12 см.
На вашем фото у лука такая высота?

Если это так, то отличить лук беловатый (7-12 см) от лука душистого (40-60см) очень просто.

Лук душистый, действительно, габитуально заметно крупнее лука беловатого. Хотя, общие размеры, как известно, - плохой признак.
Мой гербарный экземпляр имеет длину надземной части 28 см, поэтому сведения из книги Зернова неточны. (или у меня другой вид лука lol.gif )

И цветут эти два похожие лука в разное время. Лук беловатый в средине июня 12-20 дней, а лук душистый с конца июля до средины сентября. По крайней мере, в Киеве именно так.
