Снимок слева: то же, но в другом цвете, лучше видны микротрубочки.

Ja ispol'zoval Alexa Phalloidin 633 dlja Aktina, i sotvtsvenno Alexa Fluor 488, i 564, Goat anti Mouse a takzhe Goat anti Rabbit... Nu i DAPI... Vse standartnie protokoly.

Pischite v Lichku esli intersuet bolee podrobno.

Kstati pol'zujas' sluchaem mogu pohvastat'sja! ))

gostya_ 564 pokazan zdes' esli mne ne izmenjaet pamajat' sirenevym zvetom. Siniy - eto DAPI, a sireneviy moy gen, localisovan tozhe v jadrah + cytoplasm :-)
