Мне напоминает вид Evernia prunastri, но у нее нижняя сторона слоевища белая, а тут мне не разглядеть, так что весьма возможно, что автор прав - это Ramalina, но какая, сказать трудно :(

Мне кажется, что заводить раздел "Лишайники" не стоит, потому что:
1) Современные авторы-систематики все реже рассматривают их как отдельную группу. В он-лайн базах данных лишайники помещены в основном в аскомицеты. См., например, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Taxonomy/Brows...de=Info&id=5199 (не идеальная таксономия, конечно, но популярная). Могу подкинуть еще ссылок на другие базы.
2) Я, как мегасистематик, тоже стал придерживаться такой точки зрения (сравните 5.0 и 5.4 на http://herba.msu.ru/shipunov/os/os-ru.htm ) --- среди прочего, потому что:
а) Способностью к образованию схожих макроструктур обладают и грибы без симбионтов;
б) Систематика, основанная на грибной ДНК, практически не изменила "нижнюю" систему лишайников [e.g., PMID: 16389966]; а "верхнюю" их систему лихенологи всегда считали искусственной;
в) Лишайниковые "водоросли" специфичны слабо [PMID: 16411936, 15487996, и особенно http://webdoc.sub.gwdg.de/diss/2003/helms/ ], и эволюционируют в разы медленнее их грибов [PMID: 14615198];
г) Фотосинтетиками бывают и эукатиоты, и прокариоты, так что если лишайники выделять, то это должно быть царство, не меньше;
д) Есть куча организмов с фотосинтетиками-симбионтами (моллюски, кораллы [очень интересно в PMID: 15969723], разнообразные протисты, особенно динофлагелляты, гломеруломицеты с _эндо_симбиозом, даже у гинкго есть ностокоподобный симбионт), но с ними никто так не заморачивается.

Я, как человек далекий от мегасистематики (но, увы, не от мегасистематиков), разделяю мнение plantago о том, что лишайники следует рассматривать в грибах.
