- какого возраста мышь считается "ювенильной" ?
- сколько мышка живёт ? когда она среднего возраста ? (я знаю лишь, что половозрелой она становится через 6-8 недель) и когда имеет смысл её забивать, т.е. когда она перестаёт расти ?
- можно ли брать кровь у ювенильной мышки ? если да, то сколько у ювенильной мышки можно взять крови ? в методичке для ВУЗа Кондратьевой at al. прочитал, что у взрослой мышки кровь берётся только из ретроорбитального синуса в колличестве до 50 мкл, сколько тогда можно взять у ювенильной ? и если берут у мышки кровь прижизненно - то только из этого синуса ? или же ещё откуда-нибудь могут взять ?
- если инъекция мышке делается подкожно, то значит ли это, что она делается только в холку ? или подкожно колят куда-либо ещё ?
- и последнее : если половозрелого мыша (самца) подсадить к половозрелой самке - то через какое время можно их уже смело рассаживать и ждать у самки потомства ? т.е. когда мышь почует и сообразит, что рядом самка .

А крови из мышки можно взять и 1.5-2 мл - если либо декапитацию живой, либо шприцем из предсердия.

Я последнее время предпочитаю именно такой способ. Он конечно же чуть подольше, но на мой взгляд и я и мышь стрессируемся меньше и можно точнее регулировать взятый объем. И опять же глаз остаеся целее, что иногда важно.

Что касаестя объемов которые можно брать и интервалов между взятиями, то сушествуют различные приблизительные указания основанные на соотношении веса животного и объема крови у него, а также на времени необходимом для востановления объема и формулы крови. Если мне не изменяет память, рекомендуется при взятии раз в неделю не превышать 0,5% от массы животного. Т.е. для мышки в 20г брать 100µl в неделю. Но на практике зачастую берут и больше.

Ну на мой взгляд самец сообразит, что рядом самка секунд через пятнадцать. это станет заметно по его поведению.
В принципе если он не самец производитель, которого нужно как можно скорее подсадить к наибольшему числу самок, то его можно вообще не отсаживать. Детки и так вырастут, своих он трогать не будет.
Но по уму надо проверять вагинальные пробки у самок на следующее утро.

А что у Вас за задача? Датированная беременность или просто размножение?
Потому что если просто размножение - то АЕ Вам правильно написал: самца от самки отсаживать вообще не нужно.
Если просто размножение, но форсированными темпами (в смысле, как можно быстрее получить максимальное количество потомков от одного самца) - то смотрим каждое утро и каждый вечер вагинальные пробки; покрытых самочек отсаживаем, а на их место подбрасываем новых. Если самка покрылась, но не забеременела (бывает такое время от времени; беременность у мыши визуально определяется где-то на 12-й день; если глаз очень наметан, а мышат в матке не 2-3, а чуть больше - то можно заметить и на 10-й) - возвращаем опять к самцу. Если самка систематически покрывается, но упорно не беременеет; или если не покрывается вообще - бракуем ее из разведения.
Ну а если Вам нужна датированная беременность - тоже смотрим пробки и отсаживаем.
