Максимальный выход - странная величина. У меня математика на первой скобке заканчивается, но зачем писать теоретические выходы, которых "не бывает" (с) "Понедельник..."

Вот правильная программа. По любому. Потому что многие "биологи" и понятия не имеют что кол-во праймеров берут в пикомолях, а не в микролитрах.

Обычно на банке с праймером пишут пикомоли. Если этого не делают, значит GLP не соблюдают и будут до смерти работать естествоиспытателями на кашице. Не хочу никого обидеть, но такие программы (сугубое ИМХО) вещь часто вредная, поскольку они, как пистолет в руках горе-стрелка создают всякие ложные впечатления...

Ну не скажи... Вот в литехе (самая модная сейчас фирма на мой взгляд, только грязные делает, в том плане что не чистят от предшественников ни в геле и ни вообще, зато дешево и для простейших задач катит ) пишут только о.е./мл, и как показывает практика народ просто не знает что это такое и с чем это едят, а тем более как это связано с молями. А для начинающих-рюхающих программа хорошо демострирует возможные степени свободы, и как в них ориентироваться, куда можно и к чему приведет. Вообщем все равно хорошая.

Я лично программами с сайта (расчеты для буферов и пр.) не пользуюсь и всем остальным не советую. В практической мол. биологии и так математика куцая, не надо ее совсем гробить.
