...любой недавний выпуск. Скажите пожалуйста, как там список литературы оформляют, т.е. в каких скобках номера в тексте, как упорядочен - по алфавиту или в порядке цитирования, как сама цитата: Автор,год, название, источник или в другом порядке?

А вам только русский вариант подходит ? В online версии от Kluwer, нумерация идет в порядке цитирования. Пример:
